Crossover bunny Lightspeed Rescue/Star Wars:


There are bits of the visual guide for the new Star Wars movie going around and one of them is for a minor character, a pilot (Lt. Vanik) who was originally in an aerial circus and then 'personally recruited' by Poe so now, of course, I want to write Joel from Lightspeed Rescue getting 'personally recruited' by Poe. Usually I tend to think of Joel as a bit straight, but I could write him bi and it could be fun? I think. The real question is would Joel let Poe wear his hat and would Poe even want to wear his hat?

Someone please either talk me into or out of writing this...

Poe bets his leather jacket against Joel's hat that Poe can shoot down more Order pilots than Joel. It's a running bet, and results in them swapping clothes on a regular basis.

Like, it's Legolas/Gimli in space. Though which one is the dwarf I leave up to you.

I was plotting a short one shot, then it developed feels, and then reading this makes me want to turn it into a much longer story.
