Went out to lunch with my cousins and brother today. My cousin who goes to PIFA is in town for x-mas. Her boyfriend opted not to come. He comes and visits...then she gets pregnant and he skips Thanksgiving and X-mas...it is not looking good for him.
Onto happier things, Dinner was good, got to spend time with family and get caught up. Then they insisted on paying. My brother and I tried to pull out money and they were all no, that this was our Christmas present. My brother got them each something ( we went out with Missy, Lisa and Niki) and I haven't gotten them anything yet. Actually I still need to get Lisa something for her birthday. So I'm stressing. Luckily there was a paycheck today. Still need to get one thing for my Mom, cause my brother's out of money and doesn't have anything for me or my Mom. I told him not to worry about it, that it didn't bother me and I'd have Mom covered.
I spoil him. I got him Crow wine glasses that he wanted, a copy of Scarface, a ten dollar gift card, a comic, several Crow/Razor crossover comics. Okay so maybe he's not so spoiled and it's obvious that he loves The Crow. He has the biggest crush on Brandon Lee. He even got upset when he saw I put a Crow sticker on the back of my car. Apperently you're not suppose to put 'God' on the back of your bumper. Personally I think he goes nicely with my Hedwig sticker and the purple on that says: It's better to be hated for who you are then loved for you you're not. Oh and I have a little black on that says: Raised in the wild by forest sprits and fairies. It's my tribute to Peter Pan and never growing old.
Er anyway, back to seriousness I found out what my brother did for his anniversery. His girlfriend got him a necklace, a cresent moon. He got her a white gold amethyst/diamond braclet. I prodded him to tell everyone at diner. So all four of us girls were going awww. He said she almost cried. Then he told us that he already has Valentines day planned with her Mom and has a matching ring on layaway. For a moment Niki was worried he was going to propose or something, but luckily he's more grounded then that. He's eighteen, she's sixteen. So yesterday she was running around telling people how spoiled she is by her boyfriend. Thought I shared since it's so sweet and they're so cute.
My tired self isn't going to babble about work today, cause I hate it and when I finally find a new job I hope I can quit and I never have to see another slug as long as I live.
