I talked to Rodger today, and got things figured out in regards to my leadership style and how to work better in my position. It's not that I'm a bad leader, just unexperienced. I'm still learning.
I went and saw Rent today with two friends. It was so great. If I had the money to I'd see it again, but I don't get paided till Friday. Has anyone else seen it and if so what'd you think?
