Working last night I had time to reflect...there's always time for thinking if the residents sleep, and I realized that I didn't do as bad as I thought yesterday. Yes, I got upset, but that's semi-normal for me. But actually I did good.
Works difficult lately. It's become the norm to work by myself, which I used to like, but am now finding nerve-wracking because they're so much to do and if one resident needs something at the same time as the other, well I don't think anyone's patient in the middle of the night. Also it switches who I get up in the morning. I usually get up the guy I'm friends with and that works because most people find him difficult, but I like working with him. Now because I'm the only one there and the wake up times I have to get another guy up that everyone's always like 'oh he's so easy'...oh please...give me a moment to roll my eyes and say I need a break from him and I want my old routine back.
