Pairings: Adam/Kira, Tori/Blake, Hayley/Tommy, Jason/Kim, and Cam/Dustin (but only after those who have been reduced in age are once again their normal age) also mentioning Ashley/Andros and Bridge/Sky and eventual Chip/V, Nick/Madison. So slash and het.

Summery: When Chip has a wish granted by a demon he and several other former rangers are reduced to children. The only way to turn them back is to take them trick or treating.
