Time with friends, the cure for stress

Had a good day today. Spent most of the afternoon with my friend Candice and then met my friend Patrick for coffee. Don't get to see Patrick too often, but it good to get caught up and hopefully we'll hang out agian soon. Same with Candice.

It relaxed me.

Then I got home, played with the puppy and had a good time. Went to go start my laundry and the puppy found a skunk. You can guess the rest I'm sure. Needless to say my plans and my mom's changed really quick. Thankfully it wasn't too bad and we managed to get him cleaned up pretty fast.

I did some grocery shopping and now have an idea for how I want to arrange the basement that has me once again in cleaning mode.

I need to get into study mode.

It's not too early to laugh about it right?

I did today on about two hours of sleep. I spent last night reading, until after six this morning. Then I went oop, class at 10.

I was only a few minutes late to my fencing class, didn't even miss warm-up so it was good.

Then I went to the bank, grabbed breakfast and went home to gather my things before heading to my parents to let the puppy outside and take a shower before heading out to CSU.

My grandma has a woodchuck trap and yes this plays into the funny. Well she caught a skunk. My dad got rid of the skunk and brought the trap back to his place to air it out. This brought around another skunk who then go trapped. Last night the puppy decided if he barked and growled at the skunk in the trap it'd leave the yard. He got sprayed for his troubles. Mom and I cleaned him up. This morning I was running a bit late, but I let him out. He did his business very quickly and next thing I knew he was running over the skunk barking. Yes, I had to clean him up, this time all by myself. Yes, I got soaking wet doing so. He smells like dog again, actually like a just cleaned dog and I got to be late for my English class.

An apple and a bit off coffee after class perked me up. Then dinner with James saved my sanity, except the waiter was really nice to me and rude to him. It was weird.
