My body decided to go 'Oh! I'm awake now!" after one REM cycle. I tried to get more sleep, but it's been a coffee kind of day.
My nursing prof was misinformed and told us that we should just sign up for class instead of using the lottery system. She wasn't too sure, but she thought that's what we should do. So I arrived at the college around 7:30 to sign up for my classes. The office openes at 8:30. I ended up third in line and then a girl's friend showed up and she let me cut. I was signed up for my Research methods class (last psych class I need for my bachelors!) and was also informed that Nursing sign ups aren't until Nov. It's still the lottery system. I could've signed up for the other class online.
The other amusing part of today was that one of my classmates who've I've known on and off for years, but never hung out with invited me to his band's show. I work, but am tempted to go after.
Also the 80 question Psychology test killed my brain, but the 20 question Nursing quiz made me more nervous. Probably because this quiz is the one I bombed last semester and then wasn't able to recover after from. I made sure to know the math this time and what the breath sounds sounded like. Not all the math was on there and it was more important to know where the breath sounds were coming from then what they sounded like. Further proof that knowing the material inside and out isn't just good for your future patient. I hope I did well, but plan to go over the material again. I'm thinking tomorrow. I'm going to start my new psychology chapters tonight because Nursing is my last class and I'm probably going to want to take a bit of a break from it.
