I'm disappointed with my last quiz result in Nursing, but on the bright side we are done with the quizzes and I have a C in that section. I still have a D in the class, but there are 120 test points to still earn. I want every single one of those points. I did the math, 120 points added to my current points is enough to get me an 85% and I need a 78.5 to pass. So this is doable.
I got a B on my English paper, which I hadn't been happy with because I was half asleep when I wrote it, but this is encouraging considering that she didn't actually give us grades on our last paper, but basically ripped them apart with her comments.
I checked with finiancial aide today about next semester. I wanted to do financial aide with the community college I go to since I'm only planning to take classes with them next semester. Apparently I am considered a student at CSU and my financial aide goes through them. They suggested I take a CSU class and I told them with the way my schedule should be I wouldn't be able to fit one in. With the next two nursing courses in the rotation and my Research Methods class that is 15 credit hours. It's going to be a mess, but I have until the middle of January to figure it out so I'm not going to worry about it until I pass this nursing class and am all signed up for next semester. Then I'll worry about whatever hoops I have to jump through to get financial aide.
