One more four hour shift...

Took my last test in my nursing class today. I didn't study as much as I wanted. I intended to just listen to the lectures this weekend and then this weekend turned into one of those crazy weekends at work. I was really not able to concentrate and kept putting it off. I should've just sucked it up and listened to them even if they are long, drawn out and you can't see half the power point.

I think I passed the test. I think I passed the class. I just don't know until I get the grade.

Work was too drawn out this weekend. I'm worn out and achy and just sick and tired. We've had a rash of calling off just as the shift starts lately, which causes tons of rearranging and it's really starting to get old. Add in a virus going around and we've managed not to be really short, but there is that moment where we think we are. Also as one of the few that knows every set in the building I have a tendency to get shuffled. I was only shuffled once this weekend and for 3 hours. Which normally I would love, but for this one resident that is extremely demanding and by Sunday I really just needed a break from her. I got through it though. Four hours today and I can take tomorrow off.
