I never thought about Troy being Mike's son but it works the more I think about it. And the idea that Mike might still be presumed dead on Earth is disturbingly plausible since Terra Venture was pretty far out when he popped up again, so to speak...
Gia stealing Emma's books and carrying them for her is adorable. And even funnier now given Jake's attempt to do so in the second episode.
