Helped my mom drag out the fake christmas tree and put it together today. She'd been hoping my dad would do it before he left, he's away on business. We managed okay though, and then wondered how the cats would handle their first Christmas, my mom has two kittens.
Spent some time with my Grandma today and then went x-mas shopping. Went up to my brother's job, he works at Hot Topic, hoping he wasn't there cause I didn't want to deal with him. He was working, and we actually talked. It was more pleasent then I'd thought it'd be. He was having a small crisis over a present, they only had one of the item he wanted left and he couldn't buy it cause he didn't know what anyone had gotten him for x-mas. So I said fine, I'll buy it and if someone already got it for you I'll keep it for myself. It made him happy. Then there we're pants on sale and he'd already looked through them and realized there was one in my size, so I said cool...he found them for me and I bought them. I guess me and my brother aren't as distant as I thought. Which is good, cause I was getting worried. Sorry James for venting so much!
