Went out to lunch with my Mom, it went well except I told her about the GSA type group that started at the college. Don't know if she's going to get upset or not, I was excited. Well as long as she thinks I'm one of the 'straight' students she won't. Lied to my father and told him I was going to class because I wasn't going to get into an arguement with him. My mom will probably tell my dad and then it'll be one of those things. I should've kept my mouth shut.
The meeting went well. We decided on a name, which is PRIDE. It stands for People Respecting Individual Diversity Everywhere. How amusing is that? Then we went over the consitution. I'm going to be the secertary. Then we talked about fundraisers and groups we could charities we could try to raise money for. I'm excited. Tim and I hung out in the library after.
The really good thing about seeing my Mom today is she took a look at my hands and told me that I'm allergic to the gloves, probably the powder in the gloves, at work. So what I'm going though with my hands isn't normal and by switching to another glove without that powder I should be fine. Wil have to talk to someone. It's almost a relief, to find out I should be able to fix this. My hands ache so bad, and it's hard to do anything when your hands hurt.
