One of my classmates wanted to talk to me after class. Okay, no big. Then she wanted to make sure she hadn't offended me by the way she'd talked about Pagans. I said no, that her beliefs were her beliefs and in the context of what we were talking about in class her statements hadn't been offensive. She said she thought I was.

Apparently my Ankh makes me Pagan. Then she preceeded to try and save me.

I don't understand how one opens with 'I don't want to offend you or your religious beliefs' and then ends with 'you must follow my religious beliefs cause they are the only way' as that makes no sense whatsoever.

I was so offended when I got home. Thankfully there were awesome online friends to talk to and find fic ideas with.
