Delphine! First female leader of the rangers! She came, with her team, all the way from another planet to help, even though it gave them physical ailments. She dealt with the kid rangers and helped save the day multiple times. Also Rajia Baroudi is made of awesome! There needs to be more Delphine fic. I may need to rewatch bits when this semester is over.
Jen! Tough and trying to deal with the loss of her fiancé and yet she still manages to lead the team. She had to deal with a lot of emotional upheaval, but she always kept trying to move forward and did what she could to keep her ranger family together. Plus when she showed up in WF it was just wow Jen kicks butt and looks great doing it.
Favorite transgender ranger because some rangers change gender when they morph:
Aisha! She was strong and confident and yes girly at the same time. She didn’t back down. Her spirit animal was a bear. She had a tendency to almost always speak her mind. She was this wonderfully confident character. She seemed to know when to push and prod the other characters and when to just shrug or roll her eyes. She believed in herself and I think that’s something we all should strive for.
Honorable mention:
Tori – Another girl who could hold her own.
Kira – Almost always never afraid to be herself.
Kim – Could kick butt and be adorable at the same time.
Trini – She had this quiet confidence about her and was always there for her friends.
Original Trini – We didn’t have her for long, but she definitely would’ve kicked butt and taken names. Doesn’t hurt that her actress is made of awesome!
