I was supposed to work a 12 today, but thankfully ended up only having to work an 8. I'll miss the overtime, but I was really looking forward to just crawling into bed because I'm not feeling well. I almost made it home when my friend called me. Another friend had just broken up with her boyfriend. It turned out he already had a girlfriend and was trying to see her as well. She is a wreck, I'd say was, but she still is. So I let the puppy out, checked on my grandma and then hauled myself out there.
Where the friend who'd asked me to come help promplty found Power Rangers for me on her new cable. We tried to calm our friend down, but eventually she was all about going home because she didn't want her son to see her a wreck. So she went home. We kept up a text conversation. I'm worried for her. She just recently got fired and starts her new job on Monday. On top of that she's supposed to move this weekend and now that's up in the air because she might not be up for it emotionally.
