"You see Mrs. Higgins, apart from the things one can pick up, the difference between a lady and a flower girl is not how she behaves, but how she is treated. I shall always be a flower girl to Professor Higgins because he treats me as a flower girl, and always will. But I know I shall always be a lady to Colonel Pickering because he treats me as a lady, and always will" ~Eliza Doolittle~ My Fair Lady

The song is in honor of my cousin who is currently has a thing for Hoobastank.

It's been a very long eventful week.

But first...look I got a pretty avie thingy. Isn't UltimateNorthstar beautiful? I got it from alfirin kirinki and have to say I absolutely adore it.

Hmmm okay now that you think I'm crazy lets get onto the crazyness that is me.

Monday went good. Babysat my three cousins. Evan was actually behaved for himself, it was almost scary. First we went to the library and they picked out movies and books. I got two books, one on Audrey Hepburn and The Mists of Avalon. Then I took them to a park. Evan and Andrew went to play and Elizabeth and I stayed in my car and read. I grabbed a book that'd by the title looked like a fantasy she'd be interested in and showed it to her. She got it and was reading it when suddenly she stopped and told me that the mom was cheating on that dad. I was a bit shocked and asked her if it was okay for her to be reading it. She said yeah and continued. Then a few seconds later she suddenly exclaims that the mom is a lesbian. First thought: Oh cool. Second thought: Oh god her mom's on a religious kick, is very picky about banning stuff from her and is going to kill me.

So we talked a bit, I got to read a bit of it. Told her I didn't think there was anything wrong with being a lesbian, but wasn't sure her mom'd feel the same way. She agreed but said she was going to read it anyway. Told her I didn't want either her or I to get into trouble with her mom which lead to reassurances. She really wanted to read this book. I read the first few pages and it was good. I may even check it out when she's done.

I also picked up my last paycheck from Steak N' Shake, the job I walked out on. They tried to hire me back and I was um no, sorry, I got another job. Which is only Taco Bell, but hey it pays more.

And speaking of Taco Bell I have to say I had an interesting night closing on Friday. That day there was a concert, The Warped Tour, and that night we had four bands come through. My brother and I were on drive-thru so he took there orders and I took their cash and gave them their food. One of that band's RV was too big to get through our drive-thru so they sent a guy up to pay for the food and such. Chad and I felt bad for him because it was kinda chilly so we gave him a free choco taco because he wouldn't take a drink. It was interesting.

Then yesterday I closed as well and the GM told us we could get Pizza or trade. The manager on duty had me call around to see who we could trade with. The only place I could find was Outback Steak House and they had to feed forty people so they wanted 100 cruncy taco and 100 soft tacos. We got our food and they paid the difference, but it was nuts making 200 tacos. The food we got was good though so I guess it was okay deal.

And today I slept in, cleaned my room (which is actually now clean) and watched I love the 80's strikes back. It was a nice lazy day today.

Oh and I have Friday off this coming week and have decided I have to do something. No sitting at home. I need ideas.
