Zari’s face is doing that thing Charlie’s only seen when she’s excited about clothes, more specifically buying clothes. Charlie lets herself lean back on the couch. “What do you need?”
“It’s not for me,” Zari says as she sits down, sliding easily into Charlie’s space. She tilts her phone. Charlie stares down at the pair of platform boots Zari’s found. There are multiple buckles, but that’s not what catches her eye. There’s an area on the side laced up with ribbon, hints of red peeking out. “They’d go with that one skirt.”
“I need those,” Charlie agrees before kissing Zari.
