Kix stares at the blended drink blearily. He knows it’s got all the nutrients he needs, but he can’t stand the taste or the texture, but he just needs to drink it because then he can go to bed.
“No, nope,” Jesse says as he sits down and quickly replaces Kix’s drink with tea.
“Hey, I need that,” Kix protests.
Jesse asks someone to get Kix a tray. Kix turns to protest and then glares as Jesse chugs his drink.
“That was mine!”
“You hate it and I don’t mind it,” Jesse reasons before leaning in to kiss his forehead.
