It turns ou tmy brother didn't dye his hair, he bleached it. I know because I actually spent time with him the other day. We hung out, then we went and got my cousin and all of us went out to eat. Then we went to a record exchange and bought some things. Then it was to my cousin Lisa's house to watch Dogma.
