I had a good day.
Then found out something bad had happened to one of my cousin's today. I'm not going to go into details. I don't feel it would be appropriate. She is fine. She is safe, but there was this whole potential for things to get out of hand. Still I keep going back and forth between feeling slightly numb and wanting to cry.
