So my car is completely broke. Just up and died. And the repairs are going to cost so much that it'd just be better to get a new car. I have rental schedule to be picked up at 4 and at this point have it through Monday. I'm going to see if I can extend that through Tuesday because I had a study session planned for Monday that I really don't want to cut short if I don't have to. So at least I know I'll be able to get to work this weekend.
Not sure yet what I'm going to do about getting a new car, my parents are going to help me. Thank goodness for support systems of parents and grandparents.
I just feel like laughing. The car has been paid off for one year and a month so I guess it was just due to die. I was just hoping it'd give me until January as I was going to start pricing in Dec. Oh well, going to have to do that in the last few weeks of school.
It's either cry about my luck or laugh about it time. I'm opting to laugh at it. I've saved up some money, been putting my old car payment away for the last few months, so I should be able to fit a car payment into my budget. I think I'm going to be okay.
