I'm on vacation. Am thrilled with that. When I get back I only have four more days of work and then the biting my nails and hoping I have enough money to make it through October begins. Eep! On the up side I get to see my brother graduate. He's at boot camp right now.
Finally got my FAFSA filled out. I tried to do so earlier in the week, but it wouldn't let me sign in. The whole thing is annoying. It made me redo several answers and the one was just stupid. It made me change how many people were in my household (I had said two, me and grandma) because that couldn't possibly be if I was single/divorced/widowed/seperated and I needed to fix it now! So poor grandma got nixed off the fafsa and as far as they are concerned she's a figment of my imagination and I live in a household of 1. Stupid non-flexible fafsa. I hope I get some aid. I know I'm going to have to take out some loans. I got my bill for Cleveland State, one class costs as much as a full load at the community college I'm also attending. On the up side I had my campus tour last week and CSU and asked about double majoring, and apparently this is doable. So no waiting till after I'm settled into a good Nursing job to get my English degree, might as well start now while I'm going for the Pysch and have nearly all my general education credits out of the way. It's going to be a lot of work (and way more money then I have to my name right now), but I'm excited.
