A/N: Written for herequeerandreadytofight for Yuletide. Thank you to MidnightClarity for the beta. This fic includes several characters from Generation X and also Karma but no knowledge of these characters is necessary. Clint Barton is an Avengers character, he's only mentioned, in the comics he's hard of hearing and knows ASL. Leech has been used in the movieverse before, and I like when he's friends with Artie in the comics so they're in here briefly. Jono Starsmore is a character who lost the lower half of his face and part of his chest when he got his mutant powers, he covers up with a wrapping. Him not having a mouth and being depressed is brought up in this fic. I just used them to give Ellie and Yukio friends.

It was difficult to decide what to write about. At first I was like let me flail about Legends of Tomorrow because it's so good, and then I was all so was clone!Jack O'Neill and there needs to be so much more fic about him. I think though I'm going to write about a book I read this year.

The Kiss Quotient by Helen Hoang. If you like Pretty Woman you should read this book. My review on Goodreads is basically me keysmashing and screaming Reverse Pretty Woman as loudly as I can. I have recommended this book to so many friends, and a friend even gave it away at the book swap our Geek Girl Brunch does every year. I listened to it on audiobook through Hoopla and it's just fantastic. Stella decides she needs professional help when it comes to dating and sex so she hires Michael and then they precede to fall for each other.
