If it makes you feel better? I'm generally a really awkward prompter and no one's run me out of fandom yet. :) As long as you've got the pairings you like and at least one other word, you're fine. Some of my best fics have come from non-standard prompts.
Angel's right. There isn't really a right or wrong way to prompt as long as you left your writer something. One of my better fics was based off a pairing and a one word prompt. You did great and I'm glad it looks like you like your assignment. Feel free to contact me if you need anything.
