Thank you so much for writing for me! I’m so excited! This is one of my favorite exchanges.
I really like family of choice, friendship, slice of life, hurt/comfort. I also like slash, femslash, het and gen so I’m good with most pairing.
I don’t like mentor/student, non-con or character bashing.
Fandom specific suggestions/ideas:
Power Rangers SPD: Bridge fic! Seriously all the Bridge fic! Kiddie Bridge dealing with his powers. Bridge and his mom. Bridge and joining SPD. Bridge on how he feels about having so many different colors. Bridge during the OO team up. Or Z and Syd fic! Or Z/Syd fic! The girls on keeping their original colors, but going up in rank…that isn’t how things are normally done at SPD, so how do they change the system. Or change their color: Syd or Z as the red ranger. How would that change team dynamics? Syd and Z learning to share a room. Or what happens to Earth is Grumm won?
Stargate Universe: This series doesn’t get nearly enough love. The ending still gets me. What do the crew wake up to? How does Camile deal with being so far away from her girlfriend? Who does she go to for comfort? During the show TJ and Vanessa have this really amazing friendship that I don’t see explored often. Or there could be femslash between these two. How did they become friends? What keeps them friends? Or a get together fic. Or Vanessa offering comfort after TJ loses her baby, if you feel like handling a difficult subject. Eli does a lot of maturing as the series progresses, show me any of that. Or show me any of these amazing characters taking a day on Earth, in someone else’s body, what do they get up to? Any SGU fic at all would make me so happy!
Torchwood: Tosh fic! Maybe early days of the team fic. Or what have Martha join the team after Owen’s ‘death’ or maybe she drops by before that episode. Really anything with Torchwood would make me happy. Gwen joining the team from someone else’s perspective. The team learning to be each other’s family.
Sarah Jane Adventures: Team as family fic! Cuddle piles! Hanging out doing homework! Saving the world together! How does the team change after Sky joins? How do Luke and Sky navigate being siblings? How does the dynamic change for Clyde and Rani after Sky shows up? When does Sky realize she has three older siblings instead of one? How does she deal with that? Maria on staying in touch and saving the world even after moving away.
Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D: Anything with the amazing women on this show! Show me what their lives are like before the team. Why was Jemma interesting in field work? Jemma and Skye have a fun day together. May training Skye or Skye and Jemma. Bobbi’s perspective on joining the team. Team as family fic! Or show me something important that happened between S1 ending and S2 beginning!
Firefly: Anything at all with the wonderful characters in this verse! How did Zoe’s perspective on Wash change from when she first met him? Inara and Kaylee becoming friends! River and Kaylee becoming friends!
