My Aunt leave tomorrow morning, she's going home. It was a nice visit, I'll miss her, but I'm also looking forward to going back to my routine.
Had New Year's Day dinner with my mom's family yesterday. I kinda zoned out. I was feeling very anti-social. After we seperated the two younger boys, the solution was that I switched places with one of them everything went pretty smoothly. My cousin Elizabeth brough a friend, she was nice. They had this tendency to rough house with each other. Then they put in Princess Diaries two and I got to here about how cute the guy was and asked if I though he was cute. I was all um I guess so. Actually his hair was kinda odd in that it was well big. It looked like they'd put something in it and tried to fluff it up. It was rather odd. The movie was cute though, and was a nice way to spend some time with family.
Had dinner today with Grandma, my Aunt, my parents and then my brother showed up, ate some food, then hurried over to his girlfriend for a family belated Christmas dinner that they wanted him at. So I gave him my x-mas gift for his gf and he zoomed out the door. He works six days a week and tries to find time for everyone so he's constantly on the go.
Am in a fuss over my fanfic mood. I'm also seriously considering giving up Marvel for good and only collecting backissues of books I'm heavily into...Alpha Flight (which well I think I'm only missing two issues) I'm just not really into it. I'm looking forward to the Runaway issues that are coming up and I like Multiple Man's book, but other then that I'm not really interested. I don't like what they're doing with Jubilee and they barely use Northstar. I only occassionally see Shan, and they totally dropped her romance story when they did reloaded so it well...unless they suddenly start using Northstar and have him doing more then annoucing he's gay every issue I'm not really finding myself interested. However I did finish reading book one of The Authority and am hooked. I'm also really liking the Apollo/Midnighter.
