I'm taking a break from cleaning my room. Cleaning my room as in I took pretty much everything except the furniture out of my room, put it in another room, dusted, swept the floor and am slowly putting everything back into my room. Which is going to force me to go through all my clothes. I've decided to give up the t-shirt and jeans look, therefore I have to get rid of my extensive t-shirt collection. I've decided to keep any comic book shifts that I'm going to wear, and anything sentimental. Then I'm going to pick ten from what is left. The rest I'm going to get rid of.
It is not going to be easy.
Today's been good. Got to come home early from work, Kelly was going to keep there cause I'd come in on my day off, but I was all 'no I want to go home,' so I got to come home. Then I went out to eat with two of my cousins, my brother, and my Aunt Kandi. We went to a place that specializes in wings. We talked ate, teased each other and generally had a good time. My couisn Lisa is getting her tonsils out soon, so it was sorta a last going out before I do this type thing.
Closed last night. The nice thing about having pissed Kelly off was that she took me off her shifts and put me on Kenny's shifts. So last night Mike called off which left me, Kenny and Brett. Brett is very conservative, we constantly go at each other when we work together, but it's all in a fun teasing way. Brett and I rarely get serious with each other. Kinda like I was reading a book and he asked me if it was another 'liberal book about sex and drugs' (the last book I brought to work was Tommy's Tale) and he was mentioning that he went to a party so I was all 'did you manage to actually have fun at you very conservative party' and stuff like that. All three of us basically spent the whole night just bitching and teasing each other. We pretty much spent the whole night laughing.
Went out Friday night with Kenny and his friends. First we went to Bounce, which was packed. It was hard to just walk from the club to the bar, totally nuts. We stayed for a bit, met up with some other friends and then went to a different club that was having a 'foam party' which basically meant they sectioned off the dance floor and filled it with soap bubbles. I ended up running into some guys I went to high school with and promised Aaron I'd call him. So all in all it was fun.
And that catches me up.
