My Grandma's getting strong. We watched Lost together on Wed. I was happy because even though she read a magazine she'd pause and watch it and then ask questions about it, which is great because maybe we can continue to watch it together. I watched Angel for a season and she's always leave the room so the next season I didn't bother with it. I hope we get to watch Lost together though, because I'm really into the show and want to see what happens and it would be nice to have a show we both like.
Club is going good. I think we'll do okay for Club Awareness Week. It took an entire semester, but we're finally allowed to have condoms at our booth. We're not allowed to pass them out, but we're allowed to have them out so people can come pick them up. The woman at the health dept, gave me condoms for the HIV/AIDS class World AIDS Day event (I got an A in the class, by the way) and said she's give me over a hundred for the club. She gave us over four hundred and their colored! We're going to attached cards with our info on them and hopefully that'll go well. We also decided to have a Straight Ally day on Wed. So far all we really have planned is to take down the rainbow flag and try to recruit some straight members.
My officers are trying to convince me to run for Student Senate next year. I didn't think my GPA was high enough, but it is. My only concern though is you have to put so many hours in a week and I have time contraints when it comes to work a third shift.
