My girlfriend, Erica, and I celebrated our one month aniversary yesterday. Our anniversery was Friday, but I'd ended up working overtime so going out had to be postponed till Saturday. She took me out to diner and then I paid for a movie. We saw Underworld 2, which was better then I'd thought it would be. The amusing thing was we each got each other a fake rose. I gave her one made from cloth that had a little giraffe on it and a cardboard heart that said I love you, she got me one made of feathers. Big huge smile about yesterday, it was so nice.
Club Awareness week went well, though I'm not quite happy with our straight ally day that we had on Wed. We agreed at our meeting to have no rainbow up for a mutiple of reason and then I went there to set up and despite the fact that I had plans to help James out at 10:30 with painting a mural there was no one at the booth. So I set it up as best I could, asked RPA (Role Player's Association) to watch my extra things and went to the computer lab to print out some things. I even made the sign there with every intention of going downstairs to an art area and making a better one. No one showed up till 11:00 and by then I was too drained to do anything but sit there. We made some conversation, James stopped by and I felt awful. I was completely disappointed in it, because everyone in the club had ideas for what they wanted and I didn't managed to go through with what we'd decided because I didn't get enoough help. I understand the everyone has classes and could only be there at certain times, but it was still fustrating.
