Today my grandma and I have been doing the bundling up as best as possible because there is no heat. I'm a bit fustrated with her because my parents live right next door, and she could sleep over there tonight, but she refuses. It's Sunday so in an hour she'll call Aunt Pam, hopefully her own daughter can talk some sense in her even if her daughter-in-law and granddaughter can't. I just hope if Aunt Pam does that Mom doesn't take it personally. G-mom is in her 80's, has ashma and has been trying to fight off a chest cold for the last three days so I'm understandably a bit worried about her. Mom said not to argue with her because everytime she tried to reason with her G-mom had a ashma attack. She's very set in her routine, so any change upsets her.

Grandma didn't even want me to call anyone because Dad's in Kentucky hunting and she didn't want to bother Mom. She also didn't want to call a repairman until tomorrow because she isn't about to be charged double. I called Mom to see if she'd check in on G-mom because I was about to get some sleep before work tonight...Mom rushed right over, tried to get ahold of a repairman...G-mom's weren't in because it was Sunday. Tim, our neighbor came over once he got home and a family friend Charlie also came over to try and fix it. Unfortunetly their efforts didn't amount to a fixed furance, however it was wonderful of them to try.

I found all this out after I woke up...well not really woke up as I didn't really sleep. I maybe dozed on and off for three hours today...no real sleep. I considered calling off work, but I didn't want to leave Sherri by herself and I have tomorrow off.

I'm sure G-mom will get ahold of a repairman tomorrow, I'm just hoping she'll do alright tonight.
