but at least I got my car taken care of this week. It's had its oil changed, its tires rotated...hopefully that's enough to keep it happy for awhile.
I had today off work, because I was suppose to go to a concert last night with some friends, but those plans fell through. Oh well, things come up and force you to change your plans.
I get my first degree next week, which I'm still not sure how I feel about. I mean I'm glad I have something to show for all the work I've put in, but when the place that you got your loans from thinks your done with school and that you'll be paying them back soon. So it looks like next week I'll have to figure out how to tell them that no I'm not nearly done with school yet and in fact I could use some money for fall semester...whatever I'll get it figure out.
This was just a difficult semester and I'm not entirely sure how I did, which worries me because despite how bad last year got I still managed to keep it together when it came to school. I guess the only thing to do is to take the break to rest, do some cleaning, some writing and just stay on top of things over the summer semester. Oh and I did get into my English program. Normally there are ten classes to take, five electives and five assigned with a senior seminar, because of the classes I've already taken at my community collge I have ten classes to take two of those are asigned the other eight are up to me and then a senior seminar. :) Now my only worry is when I'm going to get into my nursing clincals, I'm hoping for next Spring. I just don't know with this waiting list though, not only is it confusing, but the confusion just makes it that more disheartening and allows for a lot of doubt to seep in.
