Small little break to maintain my sanity.

I got out of my one of my labs an hour early today so I went to my favorite student lounge to try and get caught up. I'm prepared for English class tonight and nearly caught up with my reading in Nursing. It's strange to be in my first week and feel behind, but part of that is the confusion of so much stuff to do and not being used to the program yet. Thankfully the lab instructor today told us that this was normal and spent some time answering questions and the entire class time explaining what would be expected of us for the class.

I had to take a break. I went down to the school's office where I want to go for my BSN and got their transfer infromation so I know what regular classes to try and integrate into my schedule. I have most of them already, but there are still a few. I would have to finish up my CSU classes before I could transfer to Akron though. The next two years are going to be a lot of work.

I'm a bit bummed. I miss a lot of family gathering because of my schedule. My cousin is having her 18th b-day party on Tues when I'm in English class next week. I'm very tempted to skip and go to her dinner. I will likely get her a card with a gift certificate, but...*sigh* I really want to go and spend what time with my family. Will have to figure it out.

Thanks to everyone for the name suggestions! :D Will have to talk to my mom and figure something out cause Fluffy the Second just doesn't work.

Well, back to studying! :D
