I've heard many different conflicting things about the book Twilight. So I finally decided to make my own decision on if I liked or hated it and sat down and read it.
WTF?
How is Bella not dead? She is very much the damsel in distress and not even the fun gonna beat the bad guys up kind. I guess I am used to females who can fend for themselves and not need their man to rush in unannounced and save them. I mean I understand that every now and then a char needs to be saved, but three times in one book? That's a bit excessive.
Why were there religous refrences in a vampire book?
And I was semi okay at first with the description of a vampire in the sun, then I read the preview for the second book. Vampires should never glitter.
I am tempted to finish out the series because I'd like to know what happens to the minor chars.
