Today I came home from work and it was one of those long days at work.
I mentioned my vacation in August. She asks me where I'm going. And I had told a few people I was going to Morphicon and then had to explain what that was. I tell her and her reaction isn't to ask what it is, but ask 'What Star Trek or Dr. Who isn't your first con?'
I love my Aunt. She understands these things, even if she has to tease me about them.
Oh and I wasn't going to get memorial weekend off to go on a white water rafting/camping trip with my family, but my scheduleer said she couldn't do it. Which I had decided was fine cause the money I would've used can go towards Morphicon. Only now I'm scheduled off with question marks. My Aunt is now excited and said even if I don't have the money they would find a way to wing it. So I don't know what I'm doing that weekend...*sigh*
