Clinical was mostly good sprinkled with quite a bit of 'my head hurts and I don't feel good so now I'm behind,' but apparently I'm getting rave reviews from the nurses I'm working with. Must keep that up. Paper work needs a little work, but I'm getting there.
Today was supposed to be busy. It was clinical, then come home and shower/change then head out to my state school cause I was invited to a sorority recruitement by one of the girls in my multiculture psych class. The girl from class is the president and they are just starting out. She is also a fellow geek! That's the bit that's exciting, also that it's more of a special interest group promting diversity. I don't know. I really was more under the impression that I wasn't sure why I would join and didn't think I had the time.
I was right! I don't have the time. There meetings are Mondays while I'm at work. Hence I cannot join, but I've been invited to partcipate with community projects and perhaps join next semester.
That was a bust, but hey afterward I was suppose to hang out with my best friend from work. Nope, she had to cancel. Parent teacher conferences. Okay. So I headed home, went to the gym, did my laundry, visited with my parents and am generally just trying to relax.
