Finally spent time with one of my friends yesterday. We've been trying for over a month now. First she had parent teacher conferences, then I had my other friend's birthday. (Which ended up not being a dress as a geek party at a winery, but actually my first time eating Indian food....so good) and then I had a test. So finally we got together yesterday. Food and we made plans for a movie, but ended up not seeing anything we wanted to see playing so went and hung out in a books store.
Somehow the night turned geeky even though she's not a geek. First we're driving to the movie/bookstore and the car in front of us has a license plate that reads 'Tommy O' which made me giggle. Then there was a new book by an author that I love. There was also Yoda. Yoda might be the most important part, because I bought him.
There was also a Hogwarts Lego board game, which I resisted.
