Yesterday the internet went out in my area. I'd already had plans to go over to my aunt's to hang out and watch a movie. She let me use her internet too.
Today internet is back up in my area, except my modem isn't even getting power. Called in. They can replace my box, but they want me to lease the new box. I really can't afford to have any of my bills go up right now...I just got three student loan bills that I have to figure out how to work into my budget by March. I'm starting to look for a second job along with figuring out how to get back into nursing school next week.
My dad thinks he might be able to find me a replacement, but that's up in the air. I don't know when I'll have internet back. I'm borrowing my dad's right now.
