I had two cousins graduate this weekend. Then my aunt, my mom's sister, and another cousin came into town. So its been a busy family filled weekend.
My mom showed up to the Saturday graduation and stayed through dinner, though she didn't show up when we all went to see MIB 3 in the evening and she had church today so didn't come to the other cousin's graduation or dinner after.
This weekend was amazing through. MIB was awesome and we went and saw it in an older theatre, the kind that slopes perfectly so that no one is in anyone's way and because its so old they only charge you three dollars to get in. That and the movie was good. Afterward we checked out my cousin's Eagle project, he'd planted some flower beds nearby. Today we started with breakfast and there was sausage biscuits and gravey to be had. We didn't all get to go to today's cousin's grad because they only allow a family have so many tickets so the four of us that didn't go decorated his car. This is a time honored traditon in my family...we had fun filling it with ballons and writing silly things on the windows. After the grad we had taco's and drinks, well I had one drink. It was yummy. Then we realized that the 12 yr old cousin that had come in from Texas had never been exposed to Doctor Who and we set out to fix that.
