Okay so I threw a lot of pairings in here so that you'd have options! I tried to center the pairings around some of my favorite characters and hopefully that helps. I'm including prompts, but like I said earlier if you have a plot bunny please feel free to write that!
Pairing Specific Prompts:
Bodhi/Luke - Bodhi is so scared and he's trying to do the right thing and he gets so hurt and so he could use a lot of comfort and Luke goes through a lot in a few days and his aunt and uncle die and he could use some comfort. They both did some amazing things and might be a bit in awe of each other, but the being there for each other would be amazing. lol so basically some hurt/comfort would be nice. Cuddly Hoth Fic? Do they meet right away or do they meet later on? First kiss.
Galen/Bodhi - I think what draws me to this pairing is it's two people coming together under less than ideal circumstances and finding comfort in each other. How does their relationship develop? What do they find attractive in each other? What would have happened if they both survived?
Wedge/Bodhi - I think I like these two for the same reason I like Bodhi/Luke. They could both use some comfort and they're both pilots. How would they get together? What would some downtime look like for them? Cuddly Hoth Fic?
Lando/Bodhi - Is Lando impressed with Bodhi's gambling skills, his piloting skills? How does Bodhi take Lando trying to be all suave with him? I think these two could be a fun pair.
Wedge/Bodhi/Luke - They're all pilots. They could all use some comfort. They're all amazing. Get together fic? Downtime. First kiss. Poly negotiations.
Cassian/Jyn/Bodhi - Do they all survive Scarif and lean on each other as they recover and become a part of the Rebellion? How do they learn to communicate and work around each others issues? Cuddly Hoth Fic.
Cassian/Bodhi/Luke - How would these three get together? How would they fit together? Hurt/Comfort. First kiss. Hoth fic.
Cassian/Winter - I love Winter, she's amazing. I adore Cassian, he's awesome. How would these two get together? Would they go one spy missions together? First kiss. Hoth fic. What would these two do after the Rebellion won?
Cassian/Lando - I'm not sure Lando's suave routine would work on Cassian, but he might find it amusing. Lando trying to spoil Cassian to seduce him and Cassian not quite knowing how to take it. Vacation fic. Get together fic.
Cassian/Shara/Kes - I love Shara and Kes...how would they include Cassian in their relationship or how would these three get together. The three of them raising Poe! First kiss. Date night.
Poe/Jacen - I really enjoy this pairing. I like the idea of them growing up together as friends and then getting together later on. If they meet for the first time later on that's great too! Get together fic! Flying together! First kiss.
Poe/Bodhi - Is time travel involved? Carbonite? How would these two meet? What would Bodhi think of the future? What would Poe think of the past? First kiss. Downtime. Flying together.
Jesse/Kix - Get together? I always have a soft spot for medic characters and these two were shown to be friends and I'm a fan of friends to lovers so it's kinda inevitable that I'd ship them. Either one of them taking care of the other. Last kiss. Downtime. What happens if they get a happy ending?
Kix/Agen - These two could have a really interesting dynamic so get together. First kiss. Downtime. How would they meet? What would they like about each other? What would have happened if Agen had been helping Kix investigate the chips?
Kix/Finn - Does this involved Kix waking up in different circumstances than canon? In canon Finn has some medic training and Finn would likely mostly know humans (even though he did a great job helping Chewbacca and Kix needs to get his skills up to date since was frozen so do they take some medic training classes together? Kix and Finn feeling like they can relax together/lean on each other for support. How do they meet? What happens if Finn is the one who finds Kix? There are so many possibilities for these two!
Poe/Kix - What if Poe is the one to find Kix and help him acclimate to being in the future? How would these two get together? How would they meet? Kes and Rex served together so what if Kes is telling Kix stories about Rex and Poe comes home to visit and oh no there is a cute guy being nice to his dad and he's really awesome even if BB-8 is a little concerned by Kix's tattoo.
Kix/Poe/Finn - lol any of the prompts for Kix/Finn and Kix/Poe, but combined. How would the three of them get together? How would they make their relationship work?
Leia/Sana - I love Sana Starros. All the Sana Starros fic please! Sana wooing Leia. Does she get sick of the Leia and Han antics and is all let me show you how you do this you idiot to Han...except then she and Leia start flirting and just can't seem to stop. Leia rescuing Sana and Sana being all 'I guess I have to take the price of this rescue off my tab'. Get together fic. First kiss. What kind of mess could these two get into and get themselves out of?
Magna/Sana - The Aphra's exs get together club! Do they bond over trading stories? How do they meet? Bad first impression leads to reluctant friendship that leads to something more? First kiss. What if they were forced to take a vacation/get stranded somewhere together?
Sana/Hera - I love both these characters so much so of course I love the idea of them paired together! Get together fic. Does Sana help take care of Jacen? Is Hera impressed by Sana's piloting skills? First kiss. What would their life be like after the Rebellion wins.
Ketsu/Sabine - Learning to trust each other again. Second chances. Get together fic. There's a lot of animosity between these two when we first meet Ketsu, but then it seems that they work past it...so how would they work past the pain of betrayal and into a relationship?
Leia/Sabine - Bonding over what they've lost. Hurt/Comfort. Get together fic. Sparring as flirting. Working on a mission together. First kiss.
Cara/Sabine - Sparring together leads to something more. Get together fic. I feel like these two would just bluescreen from omg no she's attractive and then find things they have in common. First kiss.
Hera/Ahsoka - How did these two meet? Was there an instant attraction or did it take longer to build? Hera helping Ahsoka deal with the emotional fallout of her realizing who Vader is...and that Ezra saved her life. Ahsoka helping Hera after Kanan dies. Hoth fic. What would their life be like after the Rebellion wins.
Numa/Hera - Did they grow up together? Or did they meet for the first time later in life when Numa is working for Hera's dad and Hera is trying to come to terms with how her father and her disagree? Or maybe Numa comes to help Hera after Kanan dies and then just ends up staying as the two of them fall for each other. First kiss. Hoth fic.
Kanan/Rex/Hera - I'd like it if Kanan/Hera was already an established pairing and then as Kanan and Rex work past their differences the three of them fall into a relationship. How would the three of them get together if Order 66 and the Empire never happened? First kiss. Poly negotiations. Hoth fic.
Rex/Hera - Grief. Hurt/Comfort. Rex helping Hera after Kanan dies and then they fall into a relationship. Hoth fic. Raising Jacen together. Friends to lovers.

Jyn/Enfys - There's a bonus scene at the end of the Solo novelization that is a really cool meeting between these two that could easily be expanded on. Does Jyn run away from Saw to join Enfys and her group? How else could these two meet? Does Enfys convince Jyn to leave Saw's group before Saw abandons her? Or do they meet after Saw abandons Jyn? What if Enfys and Jyn were able to find Galen and rescue him? First kiss or last kiss. Get together. How would these two get together in a kinder universe?
