Correspondence:
Shelby turns the envelope over in her hands and stares at it. She looks at Tyler’s name on the return address, knowing the address there is his grandma’s. Usually he sends post cards with a picture of the place he’s visiting and a random fact or quote or poetry that’s caught his interest and he thinks she’ll like. They facetime and message as much as she can: she’s busy with both work and school. His adventures are a nice distraction. His unwavering support and love are welcome. She opens the envelope slowly, savoring, as she takes out the love letter.
