Tanya sighs as she settles on the couch next to Aisha, who automatically wraps an arm around her. Aisha saves her work then tilts her head. “What are you working on?”
“Are you able to take a break?” Tanya asks.
“Technically I’m supposed to be done for the day,” Aisha admits.
Tanya raises her eyebrows.
Aisha shrugs. “I had some ideas I just had to get down.”
Tanya smiles. “I love how smart you are.”
Aisha grins back. “You going to tell me what’s wrong?”
“This lyric about an eternity of love.”
“Work on it or distraction?” Aisha offers.
“Distraction.”
