Reunion:
Obi-Wan can’t move as he watches Cody get off the eopie. Cody feels like relief and Obi-Wan isn’t sure how to respond. He hears himself say, “I’ve been waiting for you.”
Cody’s lips quirk. “I was going to apologize and explain what happened, but of course you would say that.”
“Of course.” Obi-Wan repeats.
Cody steps close. Then he explains about the chips and Order 66. They lean on each other, shaking.
“How’d you get free?” Obi-Wan asks.
“Rex.”
“How’d you find me?”
“Where else are you going to hide from Skywalker?”
Obi-Wan sighs.
“Let me stay?” Cody whispers.
“Please.”
