Summary: Pavitr vents to Hobie after Gayatri breaks up with him. Hobie distracts.
Distracting:
Pavitr collapses against Hobie, who just shifts to accommodate his weight. Pavitr starts to reflect that Hobie always takes his weight without protest when their eyes meet.
"Gayatri broke up with me!" Pavitr announces. He explains that she's upset after almost losing her father, finds himself spiraling into confessing he's found out what happens to the other Inspector's daughters. Gayatri may not be his universe's version of Gwen, but can he really take that risk? Can she? Pavitr pauses, then admits, "I think she knows I'm Spider-Man."
Hobie kisses him.
"What was that for?"
"Distraction."
"Distract me again?"
Hobie grins.
