Summery: Zhane and Andros weren’t always friends. When Andros first joined the Astro team he wasn’t sure he belonged. Zhane didn’t believe so either.

A/N: The Turbo team wasn’t the first to have the blue, yellow, pink and black Astro morphers. Andros and Zhane had a team before them. Ashah is blue, Tye is black, Lori is yellow and Tem is pink. Lori and Zhane are cousins. Tye and Andros are cousins. Kehtal is a term referring to a person who has had more than 3 colors. Took Tangarians from SPD, Mercurians from OO and Xybrian from TF. Dath is just an affectionate term for father.
AN2: Trip is introduced in this chapter. He will be going by the last name for his character, Regis, and why will be revealed in a later chapter.
Warning: There is slash and het in this story. Don’t like either, don’t read it. Zhane has two dads. Lori has two moms. Mpreg because one of Zhane’s dads got pregnant to have him, though I’m calling it Parryth. Um Zhane being rude, male pinks, Trip being from the past? Not sure what would make anyone uncomfortable.

A/N: Had a bit of a plot bunny of ‘what would Andros think’ when watching “Quest for the Quasar Sabre,” but didn’t develop it. With all the LG talk last night it wouldn’t leave me alone, so guess what I woke up and had to write first thing this morning?

It's suppose to be a Jason/Andros fic, but she gets her own JF morpher. I was all happy with the decisions I'd made and was trying to figure out what her call would be...and she changed her spirit animal on me.

Karone is going to be a Purple Panther.

She told me my reasons for not making her a panther in the first place were stupid. I tried to point out that Theo is a Jaguar, but she doesn't care.

I'm five chapters in and have the sixth fleshed out in my head. I was going to wait till the fic was finished to post, but now I'm not sure. I'm nervous about posting an mpreg though, which is probably why I've been working on Learning to be a Team first, since mpreg gets mentioned, but isn't one of the plot devices.

Should I wait till I finish what is probably going to be an insanely long fic or start posting now?

Also why is it everytime I start to write Phantom he gets a tragic backstory? With this fic it means no Cassie/Phantom. I'm considering making it Cassie/Ashley...but then I'm worried that my slash pairings far outweight my het pairings.

Am relieved on one front, finally have all the Rocky subplot figured out. I was wavering on who to pair him with, but I went with my first thought for this fic.

Meh, I also need a title.

I think this Andros/Jason fic just might take over my brain. I already have a back story for how Andros and Tommy met, which I just need to sit down and write. I have also learned why it would be a hideously bad idea to let Andros and Justin be alone on a mission together...lets just say it's a deadly idea for the bad guys and possibly for them.

I have four chapters. Three is almost finished and four is started though a part of me is thinking I need to watch some more LG.

School is good. Found out our teaching plan from clinicals goes into our actual grade for the class. I got a 5/5 so I'm happy with that. Passed my clinicals tonight so now I have Thursdays free to study. I don't have the grade yet for my nursing psych test, but I'm sure I did well on it.

Also going on vacation next weekend with my family. We're going down to Kentucky for Thunder again this year.
